As a user of Cooly Connects, you agree to:

  • Ensure that the luggage handed over complies with airline and security regulations.
  • Provide correct and complete booking details, including PNR information, addresses, and contact details.
  • Securely pack all luggage to prevent damage during handling or transit.
  • Notify us immediately of any changes to your booking detail

 

Prohibited Activities:

  • Attempting to interfere with the operation of our Services.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Transporting prohibited or illegal items in your luggage.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment and verification of details.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure third-party providers.
  • Charges: All charges are displayed during the booking process. Additional fees may apply for special requests or changes.

6. Luggage Handling

  • Cooly Connects ensures proper care and handling of luggage but is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packing or airline mishandling.

  • Cooly Connects is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen events, such as weather conditions, strikes, or security checks.
